Shawn and Jeff went above and beyond to get my condo sold. I live out of state, so Shawn and Jeff arranged a time to meet with my tenant and was able to show me the condition of the condo I had been renting out for fifteen years. Needless to say, it needed some work. They prepared 3 selling options for me and had contractor referrals to get the work done. I was able to sell my unit quickly using the option that was a best fit for me as an out of state seller. If only they lived in Denver, I would use SHS Real Estate every time!!
Truth be told, my wife and I were apprehensive about selling our first home and actually finding something that we could agree on. We sat down and spoke with Shawn and he laid it out in black and white before we decided to get this process started. With his positive attitude and genuine kindness, Shawn actually made the home-buying process fun. And his construction expertise was invaluable, as he quickly distinguished between minor repairs, and ones that would be more costly. We looked at dozens of homes over several weeks (in a very tight market) and Shawn was always patient and never rushed us. He even gave us video tours over the phone if there was a house we wanted to see, but couldn’t because of work or other conflicts.
And once we found the house we wanted, Shawn worked nonstop for us to secure it. Whether 6 pm on Saturday, or 8 am on Tuesday, Shawn was always in contact, keeping us advised of everything. And while we’re very, very happy in our new home, and plan to stay awhile, we’ll always use Shawn for our real estate needs. And will aggressively recommend him to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Working with Shawn was easy. He handled all of the details needed to get our house ready to sell. He was very helpful with helping us determine the real value of our home and we quickly sold for more than our original asking price. Shawn was even able to help us with a few post-sale repairs. It was great dealing with only one person during a very stressful time.
