I was able to sell my unit quickly using the option that was a best fit for me as an out of state seller. If only they lived in Denver, I would use SHS Real Estate every time!!

He even gave us video tours over the phone if there was a house we wanted to see, but couldn’t because of work or other conflicts.

And once we found the house we wanted, Shawn worked nonstop for us to secure it. Whether 6 pm on Saturday, or 8 am on Tuesday, Shawn was always in contact, keeping us advised of everything. And while we’re very, very happy in our new home, and plan to stay awhile, we’ll always use Shawn for our real estate needs.
